This evening, we proudly held the official naming ceremony for our Steve Pearce Senior Centre, attended by Steve and his wonderful family, our Foundation Principal Debby Chaves, our current Principal Stephen Bourbon, Murray Thompson (former MP for Sandringham, representing Brad Rowswell), and members of our school and local community. The plaque and signage mark this very important and special milestone.

“This Senior Centre is named in honour of Steve Pearce, our foundation School Council President. Steve’s vision, passion and tireless efforts were instrumental in establishing a standalone co-educational government secondary school in Beaumaris in 2018. His dedication to securing approval and funding for the Stage 2 building, which opened in 2022, laid the foundation for the college as it stands today.”
